The philosophy of the heart at HCT Family Food originates from the four elements of Love, Care, Enthusiasm, and Devotion. We want to create a business environment that promotes the spirit of ENTHUSIASM in every action in which each member does their best to contribute to the development. “TRUE MEAT” STORY

In the past, when Vietnam was still a poor country, the previous generation’s desire was simply “to have something to eat and something to wear” without daring to care about luxury things. We can mention the typical subsidized meals of “khoai độn sắn” and “cơm độn”—types of rice with other ingredients such as sweet potatoes, cassava, beans,… because the rice price cost an arm and a leg. Our grandparents and parents are people who are patient and hard-working, going through the ups and downs of history to strive for a fortunate future for young generations.

Thanks to that effort, in the past two decades, society has changed with a higher living standard requirement: “Not only eat well, but also eat better.” That is the main reason to understand that meals are not simply made from rice; there is more meat than ever before, which has helped today’s generation become taller, smarter, more knowledgeable, and begin to integrate with the world. Meat at this time is simply processed, mostly retaining its original flavor.

As time flies, the demand is constantly increasing: “not only eating well but also enjoying life.” It has fully promoted spiritual values along with material values more than ever.

Along with ceaseless creativity and deep integration with the world, products from fresh meat at HCT True Meat pioneer in transforming into many different forms, with diverse flavors and various ways to eat, which aim to meet all of customers’ requirements, from providing energy to reaching enjoyment, satisfying taste, liberating the spirit, and increasing excitement. “True Meat” – “real meat” was also born from there, carrying within it not only an affirmation of the quality of HCT Family Food’s products but also a dream of expressing the spirit of never giving up of the Vietnamese people in the new era: enjoy life, globalize, be creative, and fully dedicate.
